Yoga for Real Folks
Meghan's core belief centers around making yoga accessible to all, recognizing its pivotal role in assisting individuals in coping with the stresses of modern life. She believes that yoga is a tool to help find flexibility and strength in both body and mind. There's no need to twist yourself into a pretzel or stand on your head (unless you want to). Simply be present, breathe, and move in a way that's supportive to you. It's less about the shapes you make with your body, and more about your breath and intentions.
She draws from her diverse experiences to craft classes that are a balance between "woo and work" - centered, flowing, fun, and intuitive. Integrating meditation, breathwork, vinyasa, and the therapeutic vibrations of sound healing, Meghan’s students can anticipate leaving her classes with a profound sense of self-compassion and groundedness.
